Dear Diagnosis was built around the concept of patients writing deeply personal letters shaped by their cancer journey—honest reflections on fear, resilience, love, and hope. Working closely with Reveille and City of Hope, we helped create an environment where trust and vulnerability could lead the way, allowing these stories to be shared in a deeply real and human way.
